We’ve dreamed about opening a shop like this for years—long before we were married, and long before Zoë Marie’s had a name. We’ve always shared a love for two things: the craft of making really good coffee and baked goods, and the joy of serving people.
Zoë Marie’s is the heart of that dream come to life. Everything we serve is made with care, from scratch, and with people in mind. Whether it’s a slice of cake or a shot of espresso, our hope is that you feel the intention behind every detail.

Our coffee comes from Normal Roasting Co., based right here in central Nebraska. We both worked at Normal for years, and Josh continues to roast there today. We’re proud to serve their coffee not just because it’s incredible, but because we know the people behind it and trust their process completely. Normal is committed to sourcing high-quality beans with transparency and integrity. They pay attention to where the coffee comes from, how it’s grown, and how it’s roasted. As a roaster, Josh is able to bring that same care directly into our shop — so every cup we serve is connected to the bigger story behind it.
